So, our investigation is complete.As you can see, there are three important ways to overcome stress among students which are students can do any kind of physical exercise that will keep your mind occupied, keep yourself busy wi th the individual interest that makes you happy and also students should go out and socialize with friends or family members. As a conclusion, stress is already having in the student’s life. So, as a student, we cannot run from a stress problem. Therefore, don’t go away from it but try to deal with it. So my advice is being happier because when others look at you, they become happy too.
